- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments - Maintain patient records and update information as necessary - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple lines - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Knowledge of physical therapy terminology and procedures is a plus This position is for a motivated people person.
